    Delivery and shipping are handled by Zoraro. Every package is provided with track & trace and is completely free of charge for you as a customer.

    Your package will be shipped by us within 24-72 hours. The package is sent directly from the supplier, which is cheaper for you as a customer. This may mean that it takes a little longer for you to receive your parcel.

    Our streamlined process involves shipping directly from the provider, which offers you cost benefits. However, please bear in mind that this may extend the delivery time slightly.

    As a rule, parcels are delivered within an average of two to four weeks.

    RETURN

    You are not completely satisfied with the product you received? Of course you can. You can return your order at any time within 14 days!

    Is your product broken? Then a return is often not necessary, we will simply send you a new one!

    Additional costs may apply depending on the country of departure.

    All return costs are to be paid by the customer. Zoraro accepts no responsibility for the loss of returns. We do not provide return labels, nor do we cover the cost of return shipping. These expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer.

    Style, size and photo changes
    Once you have placed your order, you agree that it is a customized product that goes into production immediately and that no further changes are possible.

    Address changes
    When placing your order, please note that there may be slight variations in size. We recommend that you choose one size larger to ensure a comfortable fit.

    Please also note that the colors and appearance may vary slightly from the original photos due to differences in lighting and the professional studio environment in which the photos were taken.

    Consequently, no further changes or modifications can be made when the product is prepared or shipped. Thank you for your understanding and acceptance of this policy.

    Damaged/incorrectly printed items
    If the product arrives defective, we will reprint the item and return it free of charge. Please contact us here with a picture of the item and the order number. We will reprint your item and send it back to you within seven working days.

    If you are not satisfied with the result of your product, we offer free reprints. Please complete our contact form and attach a picture of your item with an explanation of the problem and your order number so that a member of our team can help you.
    Return your items within seven days of receiving your order.

    Damaged/incorrectly printed items can only be replaced within 45 days all goed months from the original order date. After these 45 days, Zoraro is no longer responsible for the replacement of damaged or incorrectly printed items.

    Hygiene products
    Hygiene products are excluded from the right of return due to the spread of infections and diseases. As soon as hygiene products such as care products and bras are used up, we can no longer take the products back.
    An exception applies if the products are unused and in their original packaging. Please send us a photo as proof.

    Please note that the design, size, color and image you upload will be printed on your item. If the wrong size, color or image is selected and shipped to you, Zoraro is not responsible for replacing these items.

    Disclaimer for product images
    Please note that while we make every effort to accurately photograph and describe our products in detail, due to changes in screen resolution, we cannot guarantee that every photo in production will accurately reflect the actual color of the merchandise. Please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions about the color, material or size of an item.


    Lost parcels
    If your parcel is lost in transit, we will be happy to replace it and ensure that your order reaches you. If you do not want the parcel to be replaced, we will have to wait 14 days before refunding the order if the parcel finds its way to you and is delivered. Our customer service team will check in with your order regularly during the two weeks to track progress and keep you informed.

    Cancellations/Returns
    Once you place your order, you agree that it is a customized product that goes into production immediately and that no more changes are possible. Before the order goes into production or is shipped, it can still be canceled. If you cancel within this time frame, you will receive a full refund.

    If you are not satisfied with the products you have received and wish to return them, please email info@zoraro.com so that we can send you our returns address or discuss the issue with our customer service team. Emails will be answered within 48 hours.
