Estimated Costs: International shipping to China typically costs approximately $25 / €25. We strongly recommend using a trackable service (Track & Trace) via DHL or FedEx. The return shipment is always at the risk of the sender.
4. Fees and Refunds

Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).

Refund Timeline: A full refund will be made via the original payment method after we have received and inspected your return. The purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 7 business days.
5. Order Cancellations
We process orders almost immediately to ensure fast delivery.

Cancellation Window: Cancellation of your order is only possible within 60 minutes of placing the order. After this window, our orders are stopped in processing and cancellation is no longer possible.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of the product. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
