• How can I order from your store?

You can easily place an order by adding items to your shopping cart and then proceeding to the checkout. Here you can enter your delivery address and payment method.

• What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit card (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal and bank transfer.

• How long does shipping take?

The delivery time depends on your location. As a rule, shipping within Germany takes 6-12 working days.

• What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs are only absolutely free today.

• What if I am not satisfied with my order?

We want you to be satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange.

• Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
