5. Right of Withdrawal

3. Condition: During the withdrawal period, you must handle the product and its packaging with care. The product should only be unpacked to the extent necessary to evaluate the item.

6. Costs and Refunds

1. Return Shipping: The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the consumer. Products must be returned to our international fulfillment center as described in our Return Policy.

2. Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).

3. Refund Timeline: We will refund the full purchase price within 14 days of being notified of your withdrawal, provided we have received the returned goods or proof of return shipment.

7. Exclusion of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded for:

• Customized or personalized products.

• Sealed hygiene products (e.g., beauty products, intimate apparel) once the seal has been broken after delivery.

• Perishable goods.

8. Delivery and Execution

• We aim to fulfill all orders within 7-12 business days.

• If delivery is delayed beyond 30 days, you have the right to terminate the contract and receive a full refund within 14 days.

• The risk of damage or loss of products remains with us until the point of delivery to the address provided.

9. Clothing and Shoes

We are committed to sustainability and reducing textile waste. We provide detailed size guides on every product page to ensure you find the right fit. If a clothing item or shoe does not fit, please contact us at info@zoraro.com. While we encourage environmentally friendly choices, our standard 14-day return policy applies to these items provided they are unworn and in original condition.

10. Complaints and Disputes
