General Terms and Conditions

Article 1 – Definitions

• Withdrawal Period: The period of 14 days within which the consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal.

• Consumer: The natural person not acting in a professional or business capacity who enters into a distance contract with the Entrepreneur.

• Entrepreneur: The Investment Management Office LLC (operating as Zoraro).

• Distance Contract: An agreement concluded exclusively through means of remote communication within a system organized by the entrepreneur for distance selling.

Article 3 – Applicability

These General Terms apply to all offers made by the entrepreneur and to all distance contracts and orders concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer. They are made available prior to the conclusion of the contract.

Article 4 – The Offer & Pricing

1. All offers are non-binding. Descriptions of products are detailed enough for an accurate assessment. Images are intended to reflect products faithfully, though actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

2. Import Costs: All prices listed exclude import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees applicable for deliveries outside the United States. The consumer acts as the "Importer of Record" and is responsible for any government-imposed charges upon entry into their country. Products are shipped "Duty Unpaid."

Article 5 – The Contract

The contract is concluded once the consumer accepts the offer and meets the specified conditions. Zoraro ensures a secure online environment and SSL encryption for all electronic payments.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

1. Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receipt of goods without providing a reason.

2. During this period, the product and packaging must be handled with care. The product should only be unpacked to the extent necessary to determine its nature and characteristics.

3. Notice of withdrawal must be sent to info@zoraro.com within 14 days.

Article 7 – Costs & Refunds

1. Return Shipping: The costs of returning the goods are borne by the consumer. Returns must be sent to our central international warehouse (China) as specified in our Return Policy.

2. Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).

3. Refunds: Zoraro will refund the purchase amount within 14 days after being notified of the withdrawal, provided the goods have been received or proof of return shipment is supplied.

Article 8 – Exclusion of Withdrawal

Withdrawal rights are excluded for:

• Customized or personalized products.

• Sealed hygiene goods (e.g., underwear, beauty products, hair styling tools) if the seal is broken after delivery.

• Perishable goods.

Article 9 – Delivery and Execution

1. Orders are handled with the utmost care. Delivery occurs at the address provided by the consumer.

2. Zoraro aims to fulfill orders within the stated transit times (7-12 business days). Delivery shall occur at the latest within 30 days unless a longer period is agreed upon.

3. Risk of damage or loss passes to the consumer upon delivery.

Article 10 – Complaints & Disputes

1. Complaints regarding the fulfillment of the agreement must be submitted clearly to info@zoraro.com within a reasonable period after the consumer discovers the defects.

2. Complaints are typically answered within 14 days of receipt.

3. Contracts between the entrepreneur and the consumer are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws in the consumer’s country of residence.
