    • Descriptions of products/services are accurate and detailed enough for consumers to assess. Images are intended to reflect products faithfully, but actual colors may vary.

Note on Import Costs: All duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or similar government-imposed charges for delivery outside the U.S. are the consumer’s responsibility. Products are shipped “duty unpaid and untaxed.” The consumer is the “Importer of Record” and must comply with all import rules in their country.

    • Electronic acceptance is confirmed electronically by the entrepreneur. Until receipt confirmation, the consumer may dissolve the contract.

    • Secure online environment and payment protections are ensured.

    • The entrepreneur may assess the consumer’s ability to meet obligations before accepting orders. Orders may be refused or subject to conditions with reasons provided.

    • Upon delivery, the entrepreneur provides:

    • If the consumer fails to notify or return within the timeframe, the purchase is final.

Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal

    • Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.

    • Refunds will be made within 14 days after withdrawal, provided the goods are returned or proof of return is supplied.
