1. Shipping & Delivery
We offer Free Shipping on all orders. Because we ship directly from our international suppliers to offer you the best price, the following timeframes apply:

Handling Time: 1 - 3 business days (Monday – Friday).

Transit Time: 7 - 12 business days (Monday – Friday).

Track & Trace: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
2. Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery.

Registration: You must notify us at info@zoraro.com before sending a return. Returns without prior contact cannot be processed.

Return Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware that international shipping to China can be expensive (estimated ≈ €25). We strongly recommend using a service with Track & Trace.

Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee (€0.00).
3. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund.

Refund Timeline: The purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Condition: Items should be returned in their original, undamaged condition and packaging.
4. Exceptions & Hygiene Items
For the safety of our customers and public health, we cannot accept returns on used hygiene products. This includes (but is not limited to):

Underwear and Bikinis.

Make-up and Beauty products.

Hair styling and Health products.

Note: These items can only be returned if the seal is intact and the product is unused.
5. Cancellations
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.

Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 60 minutes of placement. After this window, the order has been processed by our warehouse and can no longer be cancelled. To cancel, please email info@zoraro.com immediately.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the product and your order number. We will provide a replacement free of charge.
